To book a party or service, start by filling out our online form to discuss your needs and preferred date. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. We will then provide a detailed confirmation of the arrangements. For parties, please allow at least two weeks for preparation.
The deposit secures your booking and is applied towards your total cost. It is non-refundable for birthday parties as it covers the planning and reservation of your date. It is refundable if requested more than 24 hours in advance for babysitting, housekeeping and tutoring services.
For babysitting, housekeeping and tutoring services, For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total service cost will apply. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a refund of the deposit. For birthday parties, in the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. This fee covers the costs associated with planning and reserving your party date.
No! Here at Plan C, we aim to be flexible and accommodating. For babysitting, nannying, and other services, you can book as little as a 30-minute breather if needed. There are no strict minimum time requirements, so you can choose the duration that best suits your needs.
Yes, but please inform us of any changes at least one week prior to your event or service. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but availability cannot be guaranteed if made after the two-week preparation period.
Extensions are possible based on availability. For babysitting and nannying, additional hours will be charged at our standard hourly rate. For parties, extra time can be arranged and will be subject to additional charges.
For parties, ensure your space is accessible and ready for setup. For services, provide any specific instructions or materials needed.
Our staff are experienced and trained in their respective fields. Babysitters are trained in basic first aid and CPR. Housekeeping staff are experienced in residential cleaning, and tutors are qualified in their subject areas.
