1. Babysitting Services:
- Booking and Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be credited towards your total service cost.
- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total service cost will apply. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a refund of the deposit.
- Minimum Hours: No minimum required.
- Late Fees: If our caregiver is kept beyond the agreed-upon end time, additional charges will apply based on our standard hourly rate.
- Health and Safety: Our caregivers are trained in basic first aid and CPR. Please inform us of any allergies or special needs your child may have prior to the service.
- Behavioural Expectations: The client is responsible for ensuring a safe environment and appropriate behaviour during the service. Plan C staff reserves the right to terminate services if safety or behavioural issues arise.
2. Tutoring Services:
- Booking and Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure your tutoring session. This deposit will be credited towards your total service cost.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total session cost. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a refund of the deposit.
- Session Duration: Tutoring sessions are available in 1-hour increments. For sessions longer than 2 hours, please contact us to discuss scheduling and availability.
- Preparation: Please provide any relevant materials or information required for the tutoring session in advance to ensure the tutor is adequately prepared.
- Behavioural Expectations: Students are expected to come prepared and focused for their tutoring sessions. The tutor reserves the right to end the session if behaviour or focus issues arise.
3. Housekeeping Services:
- Booking and Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $40 is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to your total service cost.
- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total service cost will apply. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a refund of the deposit.
- Service Hours: Housekeeping services are available in 2-hour increments. For services exceeding 4 hours, please contact us to discuss availability.
- Additional Services: Any additional requests or services not included in the initial booking will incur extra charges. Please inform us of any specific needs or requests in advance.
- Safety and Access: Ensure that Plan C staff has access to all areas that require cleaning and that pets are secured during the cleaning process.
4. Birthday Parties:
- Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your party date and initiate preparations. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the party.
- Preparation Time: To ensure a well-organized and seamless event, we require at least two weeks’ notice before the party date for all arrangements and preparations. This allows us to customize and set up everything according to your preferences.
- Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. This fee covers the costs associated with planning and reserving your party date.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of the party. We accept various forms of payment, including cash and electronic transfers. Please contact us for specific payment methods.
- Changes to Party Details: Any changes to party details or requests for additional services must be communicated at least one week prior to the event. While we strive to accommodate changes, availability cannot be guaranteed if made after the two-week preparation period.
- On-Site Conduct: The client is responsible for ensuring that all guests adhere to the safety guidelines and rules set forth by Plan C staff. We reserve the right to terminate the event if safety or behaviour issues arise.
- Liability: Plan C is not liable for any personal injuries or damages occurring during the party. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the party area is safe and suitable for the activities planned.
